Multiple Teams · Cross Country Info for 2/22/2021

Starting on February 22nd, Practices will be Monday-Friday starting at 3:45 and ending at 5:15.
Athletes should
  • bring running shoes,
  • their own water bottles,
  • a phone or other device for check-in,
  • a mask,
  • and a watch.

We have a shortened season this year, which means we need to hit the ground running (literally).

I will have different ability groups for training, so anyone is welcome, but they need to be able to commit to making at least 3 practices with the team per week.

Meets will be on Saturdays this year, and athletes will need to commit to participating at 3 of the 5 meets.

Meet dates are:

March 6, 13, 20, 27, and April 3rd.
