We are changing the times to 7:30a to 9:30a. Talking with the girls most if not all are involved in sport activities at night in addition to our time together. I want to ensure our players stay healthy and balanced in training. 2 hours is sufficient time to work and develop together as a team.

I have also had some players reach out to me needing transportation to and from the kick arounds. Is there anyone available to help these players? Shoot me an email and I will put you into contact with them.

What to expect- We will run a similar schedule with conditioning intermingled with small-sided and large sided sessions. Coach Peter and I (Michelle) will be there. I’m so excited to see you guys again and meet our new players.
What to bring – water bottle, properly inflated ball (name on it), shin guards, running shoes
What to wear- please wear a white shirt, any color shorts and be prepared to wear shin guards during gameplay. Also, bring running shoes, I may decide to include a long run.
