Fall Workouts- Beginning Monday Sep. 24 for all students interested in playing basketball this season
On court workouts- Mon, Wed, Fri 6:30-8:00AM, Main Gym (Bring Your Own Basketball)
*Friday’s workout will be in the Upper Gym
Strength & Conditioning- Tues, Thurs 3:30pm-4:30pm, Meet Outside Main Gym
